Packaging:
We ship in plain white, plain brown, or plain USPS boxes (white with the red and blue Postal Service Logos). We will use whatever shipping service you select at checkout.
The Return Address will read: “JCI – JCI MI” – Your billing statement will also show “JCI” or “JCI MI” for your privacy.
If you choose an expedited form of shipping (USPS Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) please call us so we can ensure it gets out the same day for you. We cannot guarantee it will leave the same day if you do not contact us to let us know you placed it. **Note – if you are shipping to a PO Box, you MUST select USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.
We are no responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather conditions, customs delays, lost or stolen packages, situations beyond our control, or situations that are the fault of the carrier.
Shipping charges will be displayed when you are placing your order. Flat Shipping fee 10$,order over $99 enjoy free shipping.
Some items, such as certain shoes, costumes, etc will ship separately. If you choose an expedited form of shipping, the rates cannot be properly calculated for two shipments. if that is the case, you will receive an e-mail from us with options for your order.
All items WILL be shipped discreetly, regardless of what warehouse the item comes from. The other warehouses may use UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
We accept requests to ship on your shipper account if you have one.
** NOTE **
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. They work Monday-Friday but can do Saturday delivery in certain areas. There is an extra fee for this and it depends on your location, and size/weight of the parcel. If you select a UPS Service and want it on a Saturday, please call us so we can adjust and ship immediately!
