I originally bought these in a size 8 since I usually wear a 7.5. I should have done what some other people recommended which was to size down because my posing coach told me that the 8 were too big and will stretch out. While squishing my foot into a size 7 was constraining at first, I saw what she meant; they stretch out. If you’re doing a fitness show and aren’t sure about sizing because you’re in between sizes, go down a size!

Omg! I am in love! I usually wear a 7.5/8 in heels but decided to go against reviews. I got my 7.5 and yes they are a little snug but hot damn I love them. They are very high so if you can’t walk in heels these are not the shoes for you. But I can walk and am having a little difficulty in them so its time to wear these suckers in and show them whose boss!!!! Oh and FYI they do smell like spray paint but no worries the smell goes away.
