It’s so hard to pick the right clothes online, especially for plus size ladies!
I read a lot of comments that this runs big, and to go a size down, however, I have broader shoulders, and a bigger chest compared to average women my size, so I stayed with my "true" size of 2XL.
I am 5’7" and 250 pounds and this fits a tad bit tight in the chest region, and on my arms, but overall, I love the fit and feel. It’s just so pretty!
I was surprised to see they added a "no-slip" strip to the shoulders, to keep the dress in place.
I will not be able to wear this with my strapless bra, I’ll have to wear my flesh covers (the bra cups are too big in proportion to the lacy part, that the bra would show).
The length goes to my knees, which prevents my behind from showing if I bend over. The length is also great for those who like to wear Spanx that go to your thighs.
I’m very happy with this dress!

Sizing!!!
Okay this dress was absolutely beautiful. I bought it as my maid of honor dress for my friends wedding. Great quality and very comfortable. The ONLY REASON I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was so long on me that we had to hem it pretty far up. HOWEVER, I am only 4’11". I ordered the smallest size and it was almost to my ankles, so shorties beware!!!!
Other than that, it fit my bust perfectly (34A to 34B depending on brand of bra), didn’t feel too tight on my shoulders (I was worried because I feel like my shoulders are a bit broad), the sleeves didn’t ride up, and the neckline STAYED IN PLACE THE ENTIRE WEDDING! The color was spot-on to the discription and it was very flattering.
If you are a normal height, you will have the perfect dress shipped to you without the hassel us short people have to deal with! I would definitely recommend this dress either way, though. It really is beautiful!

I love this dress! I bought 2 navy dresses (this and another lace dress) and this one was the favorite! I am currently expecting so I was a little worried about the sizing and the length as a belly would raise the length slightly, but this dresses still works. I am not sure what size I would have needed not being pregnant so I will just say that I got lucky ordering an XXL. It hits right at the knee and is very nice. Love the fabric as it is not cheap feeling at all. The dark navy blue is exactly what I wanted and with a strand of pearls it will be super classy for the simi formal event I will be attending!
