I have no medical need this not limited to a mastectomy bra in any way.
I but read up on types of bras and what provides best support. Cut and sewn bras (bras with seams) provide the most support and are most flattering. Choosing the right material gives you a very sleek look while providing a great deal of support. And this is a very nice looking bra — not even total coverage.
This has has curved almost invisible vertical seams which give you more side support and better sculpting.
"Seaming on a cup allows more variations in cup shapes. Vertical and diagonal cup seams add to the cups support and tend to be more flattering to one’s breasts. Seamed cups will always be more supportive than a molded cup."
I have been searching for the right size and the right structure for years but didn’t want to pay enormous prices for a bra. This is the best bra I’ve ever purchased.
* No padding (I have no use for the pockets but they are thin material and I don’t even notice them)
* No underwire – which is reality does not help with support.
* Comfortable.
* Silky material with no scratchy lace that touches skin.
* Attractive – appealing. Doesn’t look like a military boxed bra. Feminine.
* No "modesty" shields – just a normal cute bra.
* Comes in a 36B which is like finding a miracle for me. Been dealing with puckered extra material in a poorly fitted 36C for ages. I dumped them all. This is a smooth, very nice fit.

This front closure bra is very beautiful. I love the delicate lace and allover softness of the garment. However, I suggest you could make the bottom band of the bra an inch shorter to better fit those of us older women with short waists due to aging process.

Great option for post-mastectomy
This bra is incredibly comfortable, with no wires poking anywhere. I had a mastectomy and use the pockets to put a prosthetic. The opening is only about 2 inches, so will only really work with very squishable prosthetic breasts. It provides a lot of support and I noticed my posture improve (I had been hunching to help ‘hide’ my mastectomy). So far it’s only been through the wash once (no dryer) but it seems to be holding up ok.
