How soon do you ship orders?

We strive to ship all of our products within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your order ships, we will send you a personal thank you e-mail with your tracking number(s), so that you can track your shipment as it makes its way to you.

Each item has its own estimated shipping date on its product page, as well as any additional delays that your order may occur for processing and production. It also has the shipping location listed, as that we do use multiple warehouses across the United States for faster delivery, at no additional cost to our clients.

How soon will I get my order?

Generally speaking, orders with regular shipping generally arrive within 9 to 10 business days after receipt of your order, with the exception of custom-made or special order items. Orders with faster shipping will arrive depending on the method of shipping chosen.

We will notify you of any additional shipping delays that are not listed on our web site, however we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to extreme weather conditions, service strikes, and/or any other circumstance that would intervine with typical shipping proceedures.

If you have problems receiving packages by certain shipping methods, please let us know when you place your order, otherwise we will select the shipping company with the fastest delivery to your area from our location(s).

Will anyone know what I ordered? Is it discreet?

We ship all of our orders in plain, unmarked packages with no identifying information about what is inside. Most of our parcels display 'Shipping Department' as the contact name on the return address for the most privacy. (International orders are required to display our legal company name on the customs paperwork.)

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy is to have happy, satisfied customers. We at The Breast Form Store do our very best to provide the most accurate information on our web site, and provide fitting advice over the phone and by e-mail for our clients.

If you are unsure of your breast form size, do NOT attach your breast forms. Only attach your breast forms once you are sure of your sizing, as that any breast forms that have been attached to the body in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product is unsuitable, contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the item(s) so that we may initiate a return or exchange for you.

When you contact us to initate a return or an exchange, we will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) numberthat must be placed on the outside of the package. We will also inform you of the return address.

Return postage, along with insurance (if applicable), is the responsibility of the client (unless a product was shipped incorrectly or damaged during shipment). We strongly recommend that all clients retain a tracking number and proof of insurance on all parcels in case of delivery failures.

Once your parcel is received at our head office, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in resellable condition and that everything that should be returned has been returned. Once this is completed, we will then process your exchange or return as appropriate.

Parcels must be received back to The Breast Form Store within fourteen (14) days of the RA number being issued.Items that have not been received back within this time period, with the exception of unavoidable postal delays, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All exchanges are subject to a $15 reshipping fee for ground shipping within the United States,Canada,EUR. International clients are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. This may be due to federal law, or due to restrictions placed on us by our manufacturer(s), or because an item is considered a special order item that is being made specifically for the client. Please note that these policies are in place for the protection of all of our clients. Please make sure you have chosen the correct size and color before submitting your order.

All items must be returned in unworn, unused, and in resellable condition with the correct packaging or attached tags, if applicable.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Self-adhering breast forms or breast forms that have been attached to the body
  • Foam breast forms
  • Special order breast forms (tawny or sable breast forms, custom-made breast forms)
  • Body adhesives
  • Bras and camisoles
  • Cosmetics
  • Costumes
  • Hosiery and nylons
  • High heels and shoes
  • Lingerie, swimwear and intimates
  • Padded panties, gaffs, and undergarments
  • Shapewear, corsets, and waist cinchers
  • Wigs
  • Wig caps
  • Any item(s) that has been used in any manner

Exceptions: If any of the above item(s) were damaged during shipment or were shipped in error, exchanges and/or returns will be allowed. If this occurs, the client will not be responsible for any associated exchange or reshipping fees.

Undeliverable and 'Return to Sender' packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or as return to sender, we will contact the client to initiate a reshipment to a corrected address. If we do not hear from the client within ten (10) business days, we reserve the right to process the order as a straight return, and will be subject to all restocking and shipping fee(s) that may be applicable.

Used, worn, or otherwise damaged products

If an item is received back in non-resellable condition (missing packaging, damaged boxes, worn, smelling of perfumes, deodorants or smoke, and/or showing other signs of use), the client is responsible for a $15 cleaning fee. In extreme cases where the item(s) cannot be cleaned, the item(s) will be void of our return policy and will be returned to the client at their expense.

Any additional item(s) that go with an item purchased (such as adhesive or care kits) must be included, with the item(s) being sent back, or the client will be charged the regular retail price for the product that is missing.

The 'Uh-Oh!' Undergarments Policy

We understand how difficult it may be to order certain garments online, sight unseen, especially if you are unsure of your sizing. Because of this, we have introduced a new policy for all bras, lingerie, undergarments, shapewear, and costumes.

If the item you ordered is an item that cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons and the garment does not fit, we will honor a 30% discount off of the same replacement item in a different size. This offer can only be redeemed once per client per garment ordered incorrectly, and only applies to regular price items (no sales, clearance, or combo packs).

Straight returns

All orders that are being processed as a straight return are subject to a restocking fee and the original shipping fee. Orders containing breast forms will be charged $20 as a restocking fee; all other orders will be charged a $15 restocking fees. Clients who have paid shipping on their order will have the difference in price charged or refunded as the shipping fee.
